What does the training include?

Members get access to the VIP Master Class (18 video lessons covering the 11-step system), deal analyzer templates, community calls (Monday/Thursday), daily mastermind sessions, and ongoing support from both the community and their referral partner.

Do I need money or good credit to start?

No. The first step in our system is "Find the Money" — we teach you how to access business credit, private money, and other people's money (OPM) to fund your deals. Most of our students start with little to no capital.

How long does it take to see results?

Our 90-day cycle is designed to get you from wherever you are to closing a property in 90 days. Some members move faster, some take longer — it depends on your commitment and situation. The system works if you work it.
